【Notice Regarding the Performance】

◎Entry to the vicinity of the venue without a ticket is strictly prohibited, including any act of coming to listen to sound leaks.

Regardless of ticket possession, waiting for the artist to enter and/or leave the venue, contact with the artist on public transportation, and secretly filming the artist and/or authorized staff are also prohibited.

The above acts may cause inconvenience to the venue, neighboring residents, and public transportation.

◎A limited number of tickets will be released at 3pm (local time) on day of show.

◎Any presents, letters, congratulatory flowers, or any other items for any reason will not be accepted.

◎Bringing and using glow sticks, items for cheering, and/or any items that may produce sound or light into the venue are strictly prohibited as this would interfere with the performance.

◎Photography with smartphones (camera equipment is not allowed) is permitted inside the venue, but live streaming on any social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, etc.) and/or releasing the entire live video are prohibited.

Furthermore, please refrain from using flash as this would interfere with the performance.

◎Using the captured videos or images for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

◎Please be aware that videos and/or photos taken inside the venue, including the audience area may be published.

◎The organizers, performing artists, and venue staff are not responsible for accidents, theft, or disputes between customers inside or outside the venue.

◎Compensation for transportation, hotel accommodation, or any other costs (including cancellation fees) due to cancellation or delay of the show will not be provided.

◎The organizers may make necessary changes to the operational rules due to safety concerns or other reasons.

Please follow the instructions of the staff on-site, regardless of the timing or method of notification.

＜Merchandise Sales Guidelines＞

◎Only customers with a valid ticket for the performance on the day are eligible to make purchases.

Customers without a valid ticket are not allowed to line up. Please follow the instructions of the staff and present your valid ticket for confirmation at the sales area / checkout counter.

◎Please note that there are purchase limits for each item.

◎Each person could only make one purchase transaction. If the staff determines that multiple purchases are being made, the purchase will be declined.

◎Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.

◎Refunds, returns, or Exchanges are only applicable to damaged or defective items that are purchased at the concert site on show day. Please check your items before leaving the merchandise counter.

◎We cannot address any shortages or payment mistakes after leaving the sales area. Please make sure to check with the sales staff regarding the products, sizes, quantities, and total amount during the payment process.

◎Limited stock is available. Sales will be discontinued once the stock is depleted.

◎Sales during the performance will not be available.

◎We may end the sales of merchandise if we determine that some of the customers may not be seated in time for the opening of the performance.

◎There is a limited time for sales after the performance. Please note that the number of people allowed to line up may be limited.

◎Selling or distributing unofficial goods using the likeness or the name “Fujii Kaze” in the vicinity of the venue is prohibited.

Selling or distributing unofficial goods constitutes infringement of portrait rights and copyrights. This is an illegal act.

 

If the rules regarding the performance and merchandise sales are not followed, you may be asked to leave the premises. We kindly request your attention to this matter. The staff is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of everyone. We appreciate your cooperation.

 

【公演に関する注意事項】

◎チケットをお持ちでない方の会場周辺へのご来場は、音漏れを聴きにくるなどの行為も含め、一切禁止とさせていただきます。また、チケット有無にかかわらず、入り待ち・出待ち・公共交通機関での接触・盗撮も禁止しております。会場や近隣の方、公共交通機関などのご迷惑になりますため、ご了承ください。

◎プレゼント・お手紙・祝い花などはいかなる理由がございましても、すべて受け取りを辞退しております。

◎演出の都合上、サイリウムおよび応援グッズ・音や光の出るアイテムの持込＆使用は禁止しております。

◎会場内ではスマートフォンに限り（カメラ機材はNG）撮影は可能ですが、スタンド等を使用し本格的に撮影する行為や各種ソーシャルメディアでの生配信及びライブ映像を全編公開する行為、撮影した映像・画像を営利目的で使用する行為は、固く禁止いたします。

また、演出の都合上フラッシュの使用はおやめください。

◎客席を含む会場内の映像・写真が公開されることがあります。予めご理解の上、ご来場ください。

◎会場内外での事故・盗難やお客様同士のトラブルに関しては主催者・出演アーティスト・会場側では一切責任を負いません。

◎中止・遅延によって発生した交通費・宿泊費等（キャンセル料を含む）の補償は一切いたしません。

◎営利目的の転売は禁止しております。転売チケットでの入場は不可となります。

◎主催者が安全面などを考慮し、やむを得ず運営ルールを変更する場合がございます。その告知時期・方法に関わらず、現場では係員の指示に従っていただきますよう、お願いいたします。

◎当日の公演チケットをお持ちの方のみ購入可能です。公演チケットをお持ちでないお客様はお並びいただけません。売り場にてお手持ちの公演チケットを確認させていただきますので、係員の指示に従ってお並びいただきますよう、ご協力お願いいたします。

◎各商品、ご購入数に制限を設けさせていただきますのでご了承ください。

◎商品の購入はおひとり様につき1会計までとさせていただきます。複数回購入しているとスタッフが判断した場合は購入をお断りさせていただきます。

◎不良品以外の返品交換はできません。

◎不良品は当日の売り場でのご申告に限り、交換または返金いたします。

◎売り場を離れた後での、商品不足や会計間違いは対応できません。

必ずお会計の際に売り場スタッフと商品/サイズ/個数/会計金額を確認してください。

◎在庫には限りがございます。在庫がなくなり次第、販売を終了とさせていただきます。

◎開演中の販売はございません。

◎開演時間までにお席へのご移動が間に合わないと判断した場合、販売を終了させていただく場合がございます。

◎会場付近で、藤井 風の肖像や名称を利用した非公式のグッズを販売・配布することは禁止です。非公式グッズの販売・配布は、肖像権・著作権の侵害となり違法行為です。
