Arriving on the Day

[Tickets]
  • There will be no tickets sold on the day of the event.
  • If you are required to present identification along with your ticket on the day of the concert, please be sure to bring it with you.
[Merchandise Sales]
  • To reduce waiting lines and avoid confusion on the day of the event, please use the official pre-sale app (for pickup at the venue).For further details, please check the official app.
[The Venue]
  • Storage: There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms available at the venue. Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
  • Arena Seats: Natural grass, which is carefully maintained daily, is laid under the arena seating. For those in the arena seats, please note that bringing food and drinks, other than water and candy for heatstroke prevention, is not permitted to protect the grass (tea is also not allowed). We kindly ask and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Additionally, for guests in the arena seats, bag checks will be conducted upon entry where all food and drinks except for water will be confiscated. Please consume any food or drinks other than water before entering or in the stand area.
  • Smoking and Waste Disposal: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and guests are asked to either take their trash home or dispose of it in the designated bins. We thank you for adhering to these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
[Heatstroke Prevention]
  • Precautions: Due to the outdoor nature of the venue, there may be issues with regard to heastroke. Please take adequate precautions against sun exposure, such as wearing a hat, using cooling products, and staying hydrated.
    *Note: Due to the large number of attendees, the use of parasols inside the venue is prohibited for safety reasons. We thank you for your understanding.
  • Health Concerns: If you are not feeling well, please promptly inform a nearby staff member to receive assistance.

Precautions

  • We will be unable to compensate for transportation or accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) incurred due to cancellations or delays.
  • In the event of rain, please prepare a raincoat or similar items as umbrellas are not allowed inside the stadium.
  • We decline all gifts, letters, congratulatory flowers, etc., for any reason.
  • Due to performance and production reasons, glow sticks, cheering goods, and items that emit sound or light are prohibited.
  • Including preparation days and on the day of the concert, actions such as coming to listen to the concert outside and around the venue is prohibited. Regardless of whether you have a ticket, live streaming on social media, or video recording are also prohibited as they disturb the venue, nearby residents, and public transportation.Additionally, filming videos or interviewing other guests can lead to unexpected troubles, so please refrain from doing so.
  • Regardless of whether you have a ticket, waiting for artists or staff to enter or exit, and unnecessary conversation or photography (e.g., sneak photography) with tour staff or officials, is strictly prohibited as it deviates from the concert's main purpose. In cases of harassment or troublesome behavior, you may be asked to present identification.
  • Only smartphone photography is allowed inside the venue (camera equipment is not allowed), but actions such as using stands for full-scale photography, live streaming on social media, capturing the concert in its entirety, or using photos or videos for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.Also, please refrain from using flash due to performance and production reasons. If any camera equipment is spotted by staff, it will be kept until after the performance.
  • The organizers, artists, and venue are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, or issues between guests inside or outside the venue.
  • To avoid congestion upon departure after the performance, exiting may be regulated and guided by staff.Please remain seated after the show and follow instructions from staff to exit the venue.
  • Images and videos of the venue, including the audience may be made public.
  • The organizer may change operational rules for safety reasons. Regardless of the timing or method of such announcements, please follow the instructions from staff at the venue.

If the above rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

【Parent-Child Seats】

  • Seats are located in the front area of the 2F stands. No standing allowed
  • Parent-Child Seats are available up to 6 tickets, within which up to 2 tickets are allowed for adults

    • ＜For 2 adults, up to 4 children＞
  • Adult Age: Parents or guardians in high school or above / Children Age: Age 3 to 3rd year of junior high school
  • All adults and children must be together before entering the stadium

【Heart Seats】

  • Ticket discounts are available for individuals holding a disability certificate or medical rehabilitation handbook, and for one accompanying person.
  • If you are using a wheelchair and possess the aforementioned certificate or handbook, please apply for this option instead of the “Wheelchair Seat”
  • Heart Seats are located in the middle area facing the aisle of the 1F stands, or in the rear area
  • Adult Age: High school or above / Children Age: Age 3 to 3rd year of junior high school
  • Children with the aforementioned certificate or handbook are eligible for free tickets and registration is required. Please note that a system usage fee of ¥220 and a ticket service fee of ¥110 will be charged

  • Please understand in advance that even if you visit on the day of the event, we will be unable to guide you to other spaces.
  • These are areas facing the aisle of the 2nd floor stand (behind the Parent and Child seats).

  • Wheelchair Seats are located in the middle area facing the aisle of the 1F stands, or in the rear area

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • You will need to download the dedicated and official app “Fujii Kaze Goods” to make a purchase.
  • A concert ticket for the day is required to pick up pre-ordered items. Please bring your ID and ticket for verification when you collect your items at the pick-up booth.
  • Pick-up time for merchandise is from 9:00–17:00 on each day. Please select your preferred time slot on the purchase screen. (Time slot changes are possible any number of times after ordering as long as they are available).
  • As a special morning activity (‘Asa-Katsu’) bonus, customers who select a morning pick-up time slot (9:00–12:00) will receive one free Fujii Kaze handwritten sticker!
  • After ordering, you can still add items to your purchase through the concert merchandise app under the [Pick-up at Venue] tab → [View Details] → [Add Items] button, as long as the items are within the purchase limit and still in stock. All items, including additions, will be handed over during your selected pick-up time slot. (Please note: cancellations, size changes, or any other product changes cannot be made after ordering).
  • Payment methods accepted are credit card, PayPay, and Paydi "Buy now pay later".
  • Items cannot be picked up during the performance or after the show.

【FAQ Regarding Tickets】

Can I choose my seat location?
Seat selection is not available regardless of ticket type. For "Heart Seats" and "Wheelchair Seats," event staff will guide you on the day but seat locations will not be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Please take your time when arriving.
I've applied for tickets but can no longer attend. Can I cancel them?
Unfortunately, ticket cancellations are not accepted for any reason. We kindly ask that you list your tickets on the ePlus Ticket Trade platform, which will be available at a later date.
Is it possible to change the accompanying person after purchasing tickets?
Changes are not allowed to prevent ticket resale. If the accompanying person cannot attend, please list their ticket on the ePlus Ticket Trade platform.
Which identifications are valid for the accompanying person for Parent-Child Seats and Heart Seats?
■One identification (with a photo) of the following
• Driver's license or other official photo identification (e.g., boat license, aviation license, architect license)

• Residence card (special permanent residence certificate)

Yes, as long as the eligible person attends. While there will be event staff to assist as much as possible, please note that they are not trained in any special assistance, so as a general rule, please make sure the attendees are able to reach their seats independently.

Is there parking available?
There is no parking operated by the organizers. If you have purchased Heart Seats or Wheelchair Seats and wish to access parking, please contact Disk Garage.
Is there a daycare center?
There will be one with limited availability, set up in a special designated room. Details will be provided when released later.
Is there a place to store luggage?
As there are no coin lockers or cloakrooms at the venue, please refrain from bringing large items that do not fit in your seat. Only strollers will be accepted at each entrance for a fee (¥1,000).
Can food and drinks be consumed inside the venue?
Consumption is allowed, but rules vary between arena seats and stand seats. Under the Nissan Stadium arena seats, there is natural grass that is carefully maintained every day. To proect this natural grass, audience in arena seats cannot bring any food or drinks other than water and candies to prevent heat strokes (tea is also not allowed). There are no restrictions for stand seats, but please dispose of garbage properly and practice good manners to ensure a pleasant live event for you and everyone else.
Can I use an umbrella if it rains?
Umbrellas cannot be used for safety reasons - please prepare raincoats instead. Parasols and sunshade umbrellas are also not allowed. Please check the weather and make appropriate preparations for gear and attire.
