• ◎Any interactions such as talking, stalking, photo taking of the artist and/or tour staff in public areas (public transport etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any social media posting of such interactions is a serious violation to the Artist and/ or tour staff’s privacy. Any incidents will be taken seriously and will be reported to security or higher authorities.
• ◎Photos, videos and live recording during before show / during rehearsals day(s), regardless, if you are a ticket holder or not, in and around the concert venue are strictly prohibited.
  Waiting, camping for tour crew and / or artist at and around the venue (stage door etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  Interviews and videos with other fans / patrons are discouraged to prevent any unforeseen issues.
• ◎Unless it is an emergency, any form of contact (spoken and/or physical) with the tour crew / staff is strictly prohibited.
• ◎Photos and Videos are allowed during the concert with smartphone devices. However, use of professional equipment (DSLR, GoPro, selfie sticks etc.), flash photography, live streaming and any forms of media for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
• ◎Glow sticks, Fan Signages and devices that may produce light and sound are strictly prohibited in the venue as it may disturb the performance and other patron’s experience.
• ◎Please note that the event, including patron areas may be filmed and/or photographed by the tour for recording purposes. By attending the event, you agreed to allow the tour and / or artist to use your likeness in any future projects.
• ◎The organizers, performing artists, and venue staff will not be responsible for any personal belongs (Theft etc.). Incidents between patrons (fights, violence) may be escalated to higher authorities.
• ◎Any presents, letters, flowers, or other items will not be accepted by the organizer, tour staff, performing artist.
• ◎Selling or distributing unofficial goods using the image and/or the artist name “Fujii Kaze” in the vicinity of the venue is strictly prohibited. Using the image and name is an infringement to copy right laws.
• ◎The organizers, performing artists, and venue staff will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred due to any cancellation or delay of the show.
• ◎The organizers reserve the right to change any operational terms and conditions at any time to ensure the safety and experience of all tour staff and patrons.

We kindly ask everyone to note these terms and conditions to ensure a pleasant experience for all staff and patrons. Anyone caught infringing the terms and conditions may be asked to leave the premises. We thank you for your cooperation.
